Abhinav Social Trust is an apolitical and non-religious social development organisation working towards empowering marginalized youth out of poverty through its focus on skill-building. Our programs cover the full spectrum of vocational training including Mobilization, Training, Placement and Hand-holding all done by our in-house teams.

Our work supplements the efforts of the state and central governments by training identified youth at our own state-of-the-art facilities. We have mobilized young people in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh through our outreach in communities, colleges and other institutions like ITIs, to get them enrolled in vocational courses. Our work is creating a path out of poverty for many of these young people.

Skilling Program

The Skilling project aims to identify and train young people from marginalized social and economic groups, and train them in core manufacturing skills. The candidates are then placed in entry-level jobs ensuring a sustainable livelihood for them.

Women's Program

The Women's Skilling project aims to identify and train young women from marginalised social and economic groups, and train them in core manufacturing skills. The training imparted is in line with the curriculum outlined by DDU-GKY and NSDC.

Awareness Program

Our weekend information sessions for young people are conducted for 2-3 hours every weekend. Young people are provided information that enables them to choose a career path as well as inculcate in them the understanding of critical life skills like financial literacy.
